Account Deletion

At PagiQ, we give you full control over your personal data and account settings. You can delete your account at any time directly through the app.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your PagiQ account and remove all personal data associated with it, follow these steps in the app:

Step 1

Go to Profile Page

Open the PagiQ app on your mobile device and navigate to your Profile page by tapping on your profile icon.

Step 2

Choose Delete Account

In your Profile settings, scroll to the Account section and tap on Delete Account.

Step 3

Account Deleted

Confirm your selection. Your account and all associated personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Important Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile, synced preferences, and saved data cannot be recovered.

Data Scope & Retention

What data is deleted?

Your user profile, account credentials, and email identification.
Your saved app preferences, settings, and custom configurations.
All synced widget configurations and activity history associated with your user ID.

Data Retention Period

Upon confirming deletion within the app, your account and associated data are immediately deactivated and deleted from our active database. Backup copies and system log caches are purged permanently within 30 days.

Need Help or Manual Deletion Request?

If you are unable to access the PagiQ mobile application or need assistance deleting your account, you can submit a manual deletion request by contacting us:

Please send the request from the email address registered with your PagiQ account so we can verify ownership and process your request promptly.
